The number we have in our computer system should be the number at which you can be contacted, and should be the number used when reporting an outage. The Directors, management and employees of Surry-Yadkin Electric Membership Corporation take pride in the quality of the service we provide to our members. After 5:00 p.m. each day we have a dispatch service to allow reporting of outage calls. The dispatchers have direct radio contact with employees on duty. This allows the dispatcher to directly call out a crew and cuts down on outage time for our members.
